Adore Your Pelvic Floor Programme

The Adore Your Pelvic Floor Programme is a 12 week exercise and educational programme. It is Accredited and endorsed by Women’s and Men’s Pelvic Health Specialist Physiotherapists. This comprehensive programme follows NHS guidelines to help you achieve strength, comfort, and confidence in your pelvic floor.

Post-Hysterectomy

Strengthening your pelvic floor after a hysterectomy surgery is essential as it helps prevent or reduce symptoms such as incontinence or pelvic pain. Pelvic floor exercises can start 4-6 weeks following surgery.

Post-Natal

Pelvic floor muscles can be impaired and weakened shortly after giving birth. All women should be given a comprehensive examination of their pelvic floor around the 6 week mark post-childbirth. Research shows that assessment of the pelvic floor following childbirth reduces the risk of long-term pelvic health issues.

Workshops

Pelvic floor disorders can affect a woman’s quality of life and work, with urinary leakage and pelvic pain being the most common issues. Workshops are delivered to promote a greater understanding of the importance of pelvic health, common pelvic floor issues, work related impacts and strategies to manage symptoms at work. 

Virtual Pelvic Health Coaching Sessions

One to one coaching sessions are delivered virtually in the comfort of your home.
