Pelvic Floor Programme

At Wellrestorer, we offer a range of specialized programs tailored to meet the unique needs of women’s pelvic health. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your pelvic floor, navigate recovery after surgery, or prepare for the journey of motherhood, we’re here to support you every step of the way.

What is it ?

A 12 week exercise and educational programme designed for women to raise awareness of the pelvic floor, manage or restore pelvic health dysfunctions and prevent future issues from occurring.

Who is it for ?

  • Leak urine when you cough, laugh, exercise or sneeze?
  • Feel a sudden and uncontrollable urge to urinate 
  • Not always make it to the toilet on time?
  • Visit the toilet very frequently throughout the day?
  • Leak urine or does it dribble when you stand up just after using the toilet ?
  • Avoid situations, or worry, when you don’t know where the nearest toilet is?
  • Have to get up multiple times in the night for a wee?
  • Have trouble keeping a tampon in or find it difficult to insert a tampon?
  • Difficulties controlling your wind and/or your bowel?
  • Have pain during or after intercourse ?
  • Have a feeling of heaviness in your vagina during or after exercise?
  • Have pain in your pelvis?
  • Have a feeling like there’s something coming down into your vagina ?
  • Have a pelvic organ prolapse?

What is included in the programme

  • A 12 week online exercise and educational programme
  • Functional home exercise programme for each week
  • 20-30 minute weekly 1 to 1 consultations with your coach (me!), for the first 4 weeks.
  • Access to videos relating to each week’s topic. Some of the videos are by Louise Field (the founder of Adore Your Pelvic Floor) and some are by physiotherapists who specialise in this field.
  • Resource Hub with a comprehensive library of videos, written content and advice from Specialist Pelvic Health Physios.
  • Exclusive access to the Adore Your Floor Programme closed Facebook group.
  • Women’s Health Specialist Physiotherapist referral available on request.

  • How to recruit and relax your pelvic floor muscles correctly.
  • Pelvic floor strengthening and stretching exercises in just under 10 minutes of your time! 
  • Common pelvic floor dysfunctions such as stress, urge and overflow incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, and how to manage them.
  • How to engage in daily physical activities with confidence and without worrying about leakage.
  • How to prevent pelvic floor dysfunction through lifestyle changes
  • How to correct your posture and breathing in a way that improves pelvic floor
  • The connection between your pelvic floor and your toes, ankles, knees, hips, buttocks and lower back!
  • Techniques on how to empty your bladder fully
  • How to protect your pelvic floor from bad habits
  • Tips on maintaining a healthy bladder and bowels
